Folliculits and Acne

I've got a simple routine that has gotten rid of my acne and folliculitis on my face and scalp. I had suffered for 30 years with both. As of 02-21-19, I don't have any whelps or blemishes at all....In the video I use the rag and shampoo just on my face, but now have started doing the same thing on my scalp twice a day. Since then, I don't have any bumps on my head either. I don't wash out the solution until later (shower).text.
